Welcome to ESA Tours! By booking any of our tours, including Desert Safari, Yacht Rental, Hot Air Balloon, Dhow Cruise, City Tours, Jet Ski Dubai, and Helicopter Ride, you agree to the following terms and conditions:


Booking & Payment

  1. Advance Booking: Bookings must be made at least 2 to 24hours in advance.
  2. Payment: Full payment and atlest 50% is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and online payment stripe methods.
  3. Pricing: All prices are per person and inclusive of VAT. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.


Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the tour will receive a full refund minus a 20% processing fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 12hours before the tour.


Tour Timings & Itinerary

  1. Tour Timings: Specific pickup and drop-off times will be communicated on the date of the tour. Delays caused by traffic or weather conditions are beyond our control.
  2. Itinerary Changes: ESA Tours reserves the right to modify the tour itinerary due to operational reasons or unforeseen circumstances.


Safety & Conduct

  1. Safety: For safety reasons, pregnant women and individuals with heart, neck, or back problems are advised against participating in certain tours (e.g., Desert Safari, Jet Ski).
  2. Children: Children under 2 years are not allowed on Desert Safari and certain other tours.
  3. Behavior: Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards the staff and other guests. ESA Tours reserves the right to refuse service to any guest displaying inappropriate behavior.


Special Conditions

  1. Ramadan & Islamic Holidays: Entertainment activities will not be available during the holy month of Ramadan and other significant Islamic holidays.
  2. Weather Conditions: In the case of adverse weather conditions, ESA Tours may reschedule or cancel tours. Affected guests will be notified, and a rescheduled date or refund will be provided.


Liability

  1. Personal Belongings: Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during the tour. ESA Tours will not be liable for any loss or damage.
  2. Injuries: ESA Tours will not be held responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur during the tour. Guests participate at their own risk.
